Cancellation Policy

At SelahVie Essence, we aim to provide unparalleled service, so we ask that you please be on time to enjoy the full length of your service. In an effort to respect everyone’s time and busy schedules, including clients with appointments scheduled after yours, late arrivals can use their remaining time to enjoy their service or reschedule for another day. However, a reschedule is treated as a no-show and the cost of the service still applies. Please try to avoid stress in your life and allow ample time to arrive and relax. LATE CANCELLATIONS: SelahVie Essence also requires 24 hours when cancelling an appointment so that we may have ample time to offer that appointment to another client. And while we understand life doesn’t always go as planned, meetings come up, kids get sick, etc, these are still considered late cancellations. Therefore, 50% of your service fee will be charged to your credit card on file for appointments cancelled or rescheduled without the 24 hour notice. If you need to cancel your appointment, please refer back to the original confirmation text or email and it will give you the option to either reschedule or cancel. If your appointment is within 24 hours, the system will not allow you to cancel without the cancellation fee charged. Due to undelivered emails, I do not accept cancellations through email. Cancellations will only be honored by phone call, voice message or text message prior to the 24 hour period. NO SHOWS: You will be charged 100% of your service booked. BIKINI & BRAZILIAN WAXES: While I understand life is unpredictable at times, please plan your wax according to your monthly cycle if you’re uncomfortable receiving a wax while you have your period. If you cancel for this reason within the 24 hour late notice cancellation time, you will still be charged the cancellation fee. Be responsible. As a courtesy, we offer text and email confirmations for reminders of appointments. However, failing to read them or receive them does not waive your responsibility to arrive for your scheduled service. Gift cards can only be used for services not products. Please understand these policies are not personal, but do affect the livelihood of successfully running an independent, small business. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
